Kelly Costello

Kelly Costello is currently the Director of Advocacy at the Colorado Anti-Violence Program (CAVP), a statewide organization that works to eliminate violence within and against LGBTQ communities of Colorado. Most often, CAVP works with cases of domestic violence and hate crimes, but also sexual assault, police misconduct, and random acts of violence.  In this capacity, Kelly primarily oversees a 24-hour crisis hotline, provides limited case management and coordinates volunteers. He also provides training for various audiences including, but not limited to, community members, healthcare providers, law enforcement, students, and service providers. Outside of CAVP, Kelly was a co-founder of the Tranny Roadshow, a multi-media performance art tour with an all self-identified transgender cast.
